Beads

I did take pictures of the beaded yarn I just did. I just forgot to post them. DUH! I always seem to have getting a good shot of the beads but no more. I finally went out and got a new camera. I have had 2 other digitals but always hand me downs from my Mom. This time I knew what I wanted and I love it. Here are the beads close up. Close up Pearlescent And then a skein shot too. Pearlescent Yarn The camera is a Canon Powershot It has to be the easiest camera I have ever owned. I scanned the manual but really most everything can just be figured out with trial and error. I love that.

I have also heard the Amanda has joined the spinning side. I know it won't be long before she hears the siren song of a wheel calling her name. Plus all the pounds of fiber she will now have to stash somewhere. Hee, Hee.

Your new skein turned out great! The beads look wonderful. I've told Mike that I need a new camera for my birthday. I'll have to take a look at the Canon!
*L* I've just found an llama/angora goat/sheep farm about 1.5 hours away from me, I really want to go! I keep dropping my spindle while spinning, and keep thinking (as I'm rewinding all the yarn that wound its way off) "gee.. a wheel would be SO much easier!" : )
btw, I think I'm going to dye some fiber this weekend! Any pointers?

The beaded yarn is Gorgeous!

When I started my little blog, I got a Koda Easy Share - talk about easy! And not being a photorapher I need the easiest camera I could get my hands on, and I think it does a good job. You're pictures are wonderful - it did a great job photographing your beautiful yarn!
