The Details
The next photos of this jacket will be with me in it but I had to take a photo of the details. Now I am not a crochet-er at all but I do know how to do the basic single and double crochet. I know how to them a lot better now since it goes around both arms and the whole entire edge of the jacket.

It was worth it. I love how it looks plus it really adds some body to the edge of it. I decided not to do buttons as I will never wear it buttoned and most of the year it will be too hot to wear it period. It really looks great and after the 4 more ends to weave in after the crochet we will call if finished. Maybe a little steam blocking on the edge but that is it since I blocked it before seaming.
Anyone else have any hints on the dye class? I liked Ruth's ideas and will definetly add them in to what I had planned.

The sweater looks awesome, for a non-crocheter you did an amazing job. Glad you found the ideas helpful.
