First FO of 2009
Happy New Year, everyone! I finished my Westside hat yesterday and blocked it last night and most of today. This thing did just not want to dry but the blocking made a huge difference so it was worth it.
I really love it. In fact it may be one of my favorite finished hats ever. I used Patons Classic Merino in the off white which has become my new go to color. I used magic loop and cabled without a cable needle. I think I need another one in a different color.

Wow, that does look wonderful. I haven't seen this one before but I have to say that it's a tres cute pattern.

What a super hat! You look so great in it! I wish I looked good in white, cause I'd love to make one in white. Patons Classic Merino is such a great yarn, isn't it?
